Then, scroll down in the Properties panel until you locate Quick Actions. The checkmark next to Properties shows that the panel is visible in the workspace. You could also duplicate the layer by dragging the layer to the Add New Layer icon or pressing Control + J (Win) or Command + J (Mac) and work on the copied layer. To access the button this way, unlock your background layer (if editing the background layer) by clicking on the Lock icon next to the layer. The section is only visible if you are working on a layer that isn’t a locked background layer. The other way to access the Select Subject button is under Quick Actions in the Properties panel.
